Big changes are happening at GRAHAM—changes that reflect our growth, our mission, and our commitment to the youth of Arkansas.

We’re proud to announce that GRAHAM Planning & Logistics is now GRAHAM Youth Services & Transition Consulting.

Why the change? Because our work is bigger than planning and logistics—it’s about people, purpose, and progress. As an approved provider for both the Transition Employment Program (TEP) and Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS), we are focused on equipping students with the skills, confidence, and opportunities to thrive beyond high school.

Through job exploration, work-based learning, post-secondary counseling, workplace readiness training, and self-advocacy, we’re helping students unlock their potential and step boldly into the future.

Our new name tells our story more clearly:

• Youth Services because students are at the heart of everything we do.

• Transition Consulting because we specialize in guiding young people through life’s critical transitions—school, work, and independence.

This is more than a name change. It’s a promise: to Educate, Empower, and Elevate Arkansas youth for the opportunities ahead.
