Empowering Youth. Preparing Futures. Delivering Impact.
At GRAHAM Youth Services & Transition Consulting, our mission is to create opportunities that educate, empower and elevate youth as they prepare for life beyond the classroom. Through our dynamic, hands-on programs—including the Transition Employment Project (TEP) and Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS)—we support students and families with high-quality services that drive real outcomes in education, employment, and independent living.
A Summer Experience That Builds Confidence and Career Readiness

Daily workshops in leadership, communication, and self-advocacy
-
Career exploration and workplace readiness activities
-
STEM and arts-integrated enrichment sessions
-
Healthy meals, snacks, and school supplies provided
-
Guest speakers, college tours, and field trips
-
Supportive and engaging staff committed to student success
GRAHAM Youth Services & Transition Consulting works diligently to ensure the success of TEP by:
-
Providing all necessary supplies for students and staff
-
