GYSTC and Mineral Springs High School Partner to Deliver Pre-ETS Opportunities

GRAHAM Youth Services & Transition Consulting (GYSTC) is proud to partner with Mineral Springs High School (home of the Hornets!) to deliver Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) designed to help students prepare for life beyond graduation.

Through this partnership, students will participate in career readiness programming that focuses on career exploration, workplace readiness, postsecondary counseling, self-advocacy instruction, and work-based learning experiences. These services are designed to help students identify their strengths, build essential workplace skills, and explore education and career pathways that align with their interests and goals.

Students will also benefit from engaging, hands-on learning experiences and innovative career exploration tools that allow them to discover career pathways, participate in virtual job shadowing, and connect classroom learning with real-world professions.

By delivering Pre-ETS programming directly within the school environment, this initiative provides students at Mineral Springs High School with greater access to career guidance, skill development, and meaningful learning opportunities that support successful transitions after high school.

This partnership reflects a shared commitment between GYSTC, educators, and community partners to empower Arkansas students with the knowledge, confidence, and experiences needed to pursue employment, postsecondary education, and independent futures.
